Project management
Prof. Disse and Prof. Stamou will be the scientific and technical coordinators of the project from the TUM and NTUA side, respectively.

Development and maintenance of webpage & e-learning platform
The Scientific Committee will define the guidelines of the Internet platform formulation, which will be finalized after the determination of the common courses and research subjects.
- Work Package 3
Determination of common courses and cutting-edge research subjects
The Scientific Committee will determine the common courses and cutting-edge research subjects.
- Work Package 4
Selection of students who will participate in courses and theses
The Executive Committee will select the NTUA and TUM students, who will participate in courses and/or perform their MSc theses in TUM and NTUA, respectively.
- Work Package 5
Organization and monitoring of activities
The performance of TRITON activities will be organised and monitored by the Executive Committee; these activities are

(c) 2 Summer Schools
(d) 1 Conference
- Work Package 6
Determination of the procedures and characteristics of the proposed MSc Degree
The Scientific Committee will determine the procedures and characteristics of the proposed Double MSc Degree during the 3rd Strategic Meeting in February 2021.

Final works-Dissemination
Preparation of the Final Report of TRITON and dissemination of TRITON results via various means including internet platform, leaflet, e-mails to Universities etc.
